1. Introduction

This Delivery Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Delayfree Technologies (“Delayfree”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the individual or business entity applying to operate as a Delivery Partner (“Partner”, “you”, or “your”) on the Delayfree platform.

By proceeding with your KYC verification, account registration, or use of the Delayfree platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Delayfree is a logistics technology platform that connects users and businesses with verified delivery partners for the movement of goods, packages, and related logistics services.

Delayfree acts as a facilitator and technology intermediary, and does not employ delivery partners as staff or employees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed in good faith through communication and internal resolution before escalation to legal proceedings where necessary.
